Welcome to the Workplace Law Network online shop. The details of your order are shown below. You can edit your basket or apply the discounts and special offers below and see what they have on your order.
Terms and conditions:
Our credit terms for payment by invoice are 14 days net. Orders made on account indicate acceptance of these terms. Payment must be received in full prior to starting the course.
Activation:
To start the course you must first activate your account by calling the training team on 0871 777 8881. From the day that you activate your account you will receive 12 months access to the Direct Study and your 12 months free Premium Membership will commence. The course will be available to start from the 14 April 2008.
Support and completion:
Delegates will receive access to the Direct Study Centre and tutor support (online, phone and email Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) for a period of twelve months from the time that the delegate first activates their account.
Examination fees:
The cost of the course does not include NEBOSH examination fees and delegates are responsible for arranging this.
Cancellation:
Delegates are able to cancel within three days of booking onto the course. However, if a delegate activates their course within three days of booking onto the course, no refunds will be given. After this three day period, we regret that we are unable to offer any refunds.
Extensions:
Under very exceptional circumstances we might be willing to offer delegates an extension of no more than three months. This is at the sole discretion of Workplace Law and those wishing to apply for an extension must do so in writing and provide at least one months notice.
Premium Membership:
You will receive 12 months free premium membership to the Workplace Law Network which will commence once you have activated your account. After the twelve months free premium membership has expired you will be charged for the subsequent year unless you give one months prior notice. If you are already a premium member of the Workplace Law Network your membership renewal date will be extended to one year after the date you purchase the NEBOSH NatGen Direct course at no extra charge. You will be notified of subsequent yearly renewals by email and letter.
