With an electrical engineering background, Bill Scholes has over 33 years experience in the workplace. His career has spanned a variety of industries including steel, water, food production through to white goods, distribution, offices and call centres. He has been professionally involved with health and safety for nearly a decade, in that time holding senior management positions. His work experience has been invaluable in his role as a health and safety trainer and consultant (which he has been doing since 2003). He has for the past two years, been the lead tutor for Workplace Law's NEBOSH General Certificate Programme.

Kate is a Business Manager for health, safety and facilities management with more than 15 years practical experience in both health and safety and facilities management in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector working for DuPont and more recently Elan Pharmaceuticals. A member of IOSH and IIRSM, Kate is a member of the East Region Committee for the BIFM, DSE assessor and Workplace Law advisor.
